Dear IEA Members and Friends -
IEA and Green Is the New Blue are partnering up to make our planet a cleaner, greener place. The challenge is this: #BringYourOwn reusable water bottle to the barn or horse show and refill it throughout the day, saying no to plastic waste!
When we launched this in September, IEA members not only rose to the challenge, they turned it into a social movement. From Massachusetts to Texas, from the dressage arena to the hunter ring, to barn aisles across the country, IEA riders embraced #BringYourOwn in full force… and in the process, they set the pace for equestrians everywhere as we make strides toward a sustainable sport.
We especially loved the initiative from Zone 7, who took it to the next level by creating their own post about environmental practices in the barn!
Friends, it’s up to you to keep this momentum going! Whether you’re headed to work or school, to the gym or to the barn, don’t forget to #BringYourOwn. We are so thankful to our changemakers at IEA. Your excitement and enthusiasm has helped us to start this movement within the equestrian community !
